VERIFIED ANGELS
Every TOPMe Angel is a real, verified individual. We verify their identity using government-issued IDs and other reliable checks so donors know exactly whose projects they are supporting. Angels maintain public profiles with links to their social media, making it easy to connect with them outside the platform. They are also required to post regular threaded updates on their projects, while donors receive notifications and can engage directly through comments and likes.
DIRECT TO SERVICE PROVIDERS
100% of donations are sent straight to verified Service Providers, never to the Angel except where the Angel requests Angel Support. When funds are disbursed, Service Providers are required to publicly confirm receipt on the project page with a comment. This creates full transparency and ensures the money is used solely for the intended purpose.
ACCOUNTABLE SERVICE PROVIDERS
Service Providers are properly onboarded on the platform with public details and must sign a formal declaration committing to use all funds exclusively for the approved project. TOPMe actively monitors compliance and reserves the right to report any misuse to relevant authorities, ensuring strong accountability throughout the process.
