Ubong leads Product, Design, and Technology at TOPMe, where he drives the translation of business needs into clear, executable product requirements. He oversees the full product lifecycle, from wireframing and prototyping to development oversight and quality assurance, ensuring that every solution is user-centred, technically sound, and aligned with sustainable business outcomes. Prior to TOPMe, Ubong served as Project Manager for BIGWIG, a docuseries focused on corporate and commercial lawyers, where he played a key role in shaping the product’s direction and overall execution. His experience spans multiple areas within technology, including work as a GIS specialist and software developer at EEDC, a utility company, where he contributed to building data-driven, customer-focused GIS solutions and systems. Ubong holds a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) from the Federal University of Technology, Owerri (FUTO).

Favour Nwadibie is a Business and Technology Lawyer leading TOPMe’s legal and regulatory framework. She played a key role in developing the platform’s core legal policy documents, ensuring compliance with applicable data protection and platform governance standards. Favour is currently an Associate at a technology-focused law firm, where her practice spans regulatory compliance, business formation, contract management, tech policy, data privacy, technology transactions, and dispute resolution. She graduated with First Class Honours from the Nigerian Law School and was recognised as the Best Graduating Student of the University of Calabar, Faculty of Law. Known for her precision and strong analytical approach, Favour brings a structured, detail-oriented mindset to complex legal challenges. She is deeply interested in the intersection of law, technology, and business, and is committed to enabling innovative platforms like TOPMe to operate within clear, compliant, and scalable legal frameworks.

Lauretta Umeh supports TOPMe at the intersection of law, product communication, and content strategy. She contributes to shaping how the platform’s value, structure, and legal positioning are clearly communicated to users, partners, and stakeholders. With a focus on Intellectual Property, corporate structuring, and technology law, Lauretta brings a strong understanding of how innovative platforms operate within regulated environments. She assists in developing content that aligns the team’s voice across product, legal, and user-facing communications, ensuring clarity, consistency, and accuracy. Currently interning at a technology-focused law firm, Lauretta is building practical experience across regulatory compliance, contract drafting, and legal frameworks for digital businesses.
